When my husband, Major John Soule, USAF (Ret.), and I first envisioned MilSpec Formulas™ back in 2018, we couldn’t have imagined the long road ahead. What began as a whispered dream—to bring healing tools to warriors and families through the power of scent, energy, and ritual—took over four years to fully come to life.
But in February 2025, that vision took root at the Invictus Games in Vancouver, where we officially launched MilSpec Formulas to a deeply receptive global community of Wounded Warriors from 23 nations.
As part of a specialized integrative medicine team, I had the sacred honor of gifting over 1,000 golden wellness bags filled with formulas for mood, sleep, energy, pain relief, and immunity to veterans and their families from Ukraine, Belgium, Israel, Canada, the U.S., and many others.
One of the most powerful moments? Sharing our Rest & Relax and Regulate formulas with Prince Harry himself—offering tools to support mood balance, emotional resilience, and parasympathetic recovery. His unwavering commitment to service, community, and healing left a lasting imprint on my heart.

These warriors, carrying both visible and invisible wounds from an ongoing war, were especially drawn to our Rest & Relax formula.
